Considered the best cheese in the world in 2012 in prestigious "World Cheese Awards." This is an Artisan Manchego Cheese with a minimum curation maturing process of 9 months. Made ​​with raw milk from Manchego sheep breed raised in the Dehesa de Los Llanos estate.
